Each enquiry is personally handled.

Be sure to read and understood all of the relevant information, and please provide all of the requested information so that your enquiry can be handled efficiently.

We will advise you accordingly, letting you know what’s happening where as well as what the availability at drop zones over your requested dates.

We guarantee that you will get exactly the same price through us as you will if you book and pay direct with the individual drop zones.

We do not mark up individual drop zones rates.

To secure your preferred dates and times, please make your enquiry, confirm your booking, pay the required deposit, and make full (or balance of) balance of payment as far in advance as possible.

For tandem skydiving, please plan to spend at least half a day at the drop zone.

If you are student training, you should aim to spend entire weekends at the drop zone – certainly until you have completed the AFF Course.

Pack a picnic, relax and enjoy the vibe and facilities with your friends and family.

Arrive at least 60 minutes before your allocated time as you will need to check in, complete paperwork and be briefed for your skydive.

Important Information

Each drop zone has slightly different booking procedures, operating days and times, and slightly varying prices.

You will be charged exactly the same rate as at that specific drop zone at the time of booking.

We do not mark up individual drop zones rates.

• Advance booking is absolutely essential.
• Enquiries and bookings are on a first come first served basis.
• R 500 per person deposit reserves slots.
• Balance of payment / full payment is required at least 7 days prior to secure bookings.
• It is advisable to make payment in full at the time of confirming your booking.
• Non-payment may result in forfeit of bookings and loss of deposits.
• Short notice bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at time of confirmation.
• Take your proof of payment printout with you to the drop zone.
• Arrive at least 60 minutes before your allocated time.
• Times, altitudes are approximate and dependent on a number of factors and variables – jump times, exit altitudes and freefall times are not guaranteed.
• Onsite delays for reasons out of anyone’s control are common – please allow at least half a day for your Tandem Skydive experience and a full day / full weekend for AFF Student Training.
• If you have opted for any of the camera options please be aware that it takes a little time to download, sort, edit and burn the data to disk for you. Please be patient whilst this is being done and remember to check it all works before you leave.
• Drop zones do not generally have credit card facilities – make payments in advance and take extra cash along with you.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Remember that drop zones are clubs run by a committee elected by its members – most are weekend volunteers just helping out. Be friendly and flexible and they will be friendly and flexible back.

Student Training (AFF) Enquiry

If you are serious about learning to skydive you will need to make both a financial and time commitment, and will need to fit in with the appropriate drop zones student training schedule for Ground School – this is not ten pin bowling!

Deposits and Payments

Once your booking enquiry has been confirmed to your satisfaction, please transfer either a R 500 per person deposit to reserve your slots, or the full quoted amount to secure your bookings.

Please take your proof of payment print out with you to the drop zone on the day of your jump and remember to arrive at least 60 minutes before your allocated time.

Weather / Air Traffic / Delays / Operational Challenges and on…

With skydiving and parachuting, there are a number of factors that can’t be controlled, such as the weather and air traffic for example.

There is also a human element in that a number of individuals are required to work as a team for a drop zone to operate.

Please keep in mind that the weather 50 km away and on the other side of a small ridgeline can be dramatically different to where you are at or coming from…. above the clouds the weather is always awesome…. and that is exactly where we play – up in, and above, the clouds!

Please leave the weather calls and wind readings up to the Chief Instructor at the specific drop zone where you are booked in to jump.

They have the experience, understanding, and knowledge to make predictions better than any weatherman….

Unless you hear from us otherwise please arrive at least 60 minutes before your allocated time.

If the weather is really bad and it is really not worth coming out, someone will call you and we will reschedule accordingly.

If things don’t work out exactly as planned please be patient and understanding – weather blows over, air traffic eventually moves on, sometimes people are delayed or held up… if for reasons out of anyone’s control your jumps don’t happen as planned on the day you requested you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or will be provided with a refund.

Changes Cancellations & Refunds

Should your bookings not be possible due to adverse weather, any safety concerns or situations out of our control we will reschedule with you accordingly, or provide a full refund.

Provided reasonable notice and a good excuse is given, we will make every effort to reschedule your bookings.

If you wish to cancel your booking, a full refund will be given provided you inform us at least 7 days before your booked date.

Short notice / last minute rescheduling / cancellation, not arriving in good time, or a last minute change of plans from your side will more than likely result in loss of deposits.
